Nathan Fite has owned and operated Mini Donuts Espresso and More, a favorite food truck in the Rapid City area, since April 2021. He is a business client of Black Hills Community Loan Fund. Nathan worked with his parents who ran a concession stand at the Rapid City Civic Center and has over 20 years of cooking and concession experience.

While there are currently over 30 food trucks serving the Rapid City area, Mini Donuts Espresso and More is the only truck that sells donuts. Nathan is currently expanding into the chicken wing market as there are no food trucks selling that type of food. Growing in popularity, Nathan’s food truck is almost completely booked for the coming summer of 2023!
